This post describes how to navigate yourself from Tokyo Bisight entrance to International Conference Room on the 7th floor, which is where check-in will be.

Step-by-step Walkthrough

Enter the building.

Soon after you enter the building, you will see an information desk.
There is an escalator going up past the information desk towards your left.

Take the escalator.

The first escalator will take you to the second floor, which is just a little area to get onto the next escalator.
Take the next escalator up to 6th floor. This is going to be relatively long ride.

You will reach the 6th floor. This is where the Pre-YAPC meetup on Augh 20 will be held. During that day only, there will be a check-in counter available on this floor.

Turn left towards the escalator, and go up to the 7th floor.

Once you reach the 7th floor, make a sharp left turn.

On Aug 21 and 22, the check-in counter will be right around this area.

Past the check-in area will be the entrance to International Conference Room (or Track A).
