公式ハッシュタグ #yapcasia にて情報をこまめに出すようにしていますが
いよいよ来週となりましたので、情報をまとめておきます。

チケットの譲渡について
YAPC::Asiaのチケットを譲渡したいという場合、個人間でやっていただくのは問題ありません。しかし、何か問題があった際にチケット購入の確認が面倒だったり、名義変更はシステム上出来ない点は予めご了承ください。学生チケットは本人の身分証明書が必要なので譲渡不可です。

前夜祭のチケットについて
毎年、当日券を発売していましたが今年は物品の販売などを一切行いません。そのため前夜祭のチケットも発売しませんのでご注意ください。
１日券、２日券、学生チケット、スポンサーチケットのいずれかをお持ちか、本編のスピーカーであれば無料で入場できます。
※LTスピーカーはチケットが必要です

前夜祭について
昨年同様ひとつの会場で行いますので、トークを聞きつつ、お酒も飲む、という形になります。当日は軽食とお酒、ソフトドリンクをご用意しておりますが、トークを聞きたい人と懇親したい人とが同じエリアに集うのであまり騒がしくなりすぎないよう、あらかじめご留意ください。

前夜祭でのトークは以前もお知らせしている通り、LTソンとなります。

　17:30 参加者プレ受付開始

・9月20日(金)　一日目
　 9:00 開場＆受付開始
　10:00 開会

　17:55 トーク終了
　18:00 懇親会スタート

会場での飲食について
今回の会場は飲食禁止となりますのでご留意ください。
（イベントホールにて開催する前夜祭＆懇親会、BOFでの飲食を除く）

また、スタッフや会場への飲食の差し入れにつきまして、昨年に引き続き無しでお願いします。ご厚意だけありがたく頂戴いたします。

We're quickly approaching YAPC::Asia Tokyo 2013. Here are list of things you should note when you come to the venue:

Transferring Your Ticket To Others
There is technically no problem if for some reason you cannot make it to the event and would like to transfer the ticket to somebody else: However, do note that you will not be able to change who the ticket belongs to in the Peatix system, so if for some reason (e.g. technical problems) we need to verify your identity, you may encounter problems checking in. Also, student tickets are non-transferrable.

LT-thon (Pre-YAPC meetup+social)
Due to popular demand, members of Hachioji.pm will be hosting LTthon::Tiny, which is basically a non-ending Lightning Talk mini event. You can signup ahead of time to present your Lightning Talk (sorry, Japanese only. contact @lestrrat on twitter if you need help), or if they have slots, you can probably force your talk in.
Some alcohol, refreshments and snacks will be served.
You need to be an invited guest, speaker, or you have to have your main YAPC ticket to attend this event.

Eating/Drinking at the venue
Participants may eat/drink one of the rooms in the venue, the "Event Hall". In other locations inside of the venue, eating and drinking is prohibited.
