本年度もYAPC::Asia Tokyoは様々な企業様にご理解、ご協力をいただいております。
ある会社は、社員のYAPC参加を業務扱いとしたり、
ある会社は、所属エンジニアがトークする事を推奨したり、
ある会社は、新人を送り込んでコミュニティに新風を吹き込みます。
これらは大変すばらしい事ですね！
そして、勿論忘れてはならないのが、直接的にYAPCを応援いただくスポンサーシップです！
先日、スポンサー正式受付がはじまり、早速多くの会社様等からお申し込みを頂きました。
先週末の時点で、既に10件を超えるスポンサーが決定しております。スポンサー企業の皆様、迅速な決定大変ありがとうございました！
我々もスピード感を大事にし、早速サイトにスポンサーの皆様を掲載させていただきました。

On behalf of the YAPC::Asia Tokyo organizer team, I'm glad to announce that we have started accepting our first batch of YAPC::Asia Tokyo 2015 sponsors. We have already received commitments from over 10 sponsors, and are very grateful for their early commitments.
Without our sponsor, we won't be able to do hold a YAPC. So please visit our Sponsor page and see just who is making it possible for us to host our event!

YAPC実行委員の石田です。
YAPC::Asiaは毎年全国、全世界から参加者が集まります。遠方の方は現地周辺に宿泊いただく事でしょう。
今年の開催期間となる8月下旬は、一般的にハイシーズンにあたります。つまり、ホテルは取りづらく、価格は高くなりがちです。
さらに、遠方の方はお台場周辺の地理に詳しくないであろう事から、ホテルを探すのにも難儀されると思います。
その為、今年は遠方から参加する方々向けに我々は先手を打ち、YAPCが開催されるビッグサイト近辺のホテルを50部屋50名分を確保致しました！
確保したホテルは、希望する皆様に（その時期にしては、多少）お安く提供する予定です。
とはいえ、例年遠方からの参加者は大勢いらっしゃいます。我々が確保できた数では全員分という訳にはいきませんので抽選になると思われます。あしからずご了承ください。
応募フォームは後日告知される予定です（5月頃を予定しております）。気になる方は、見逃さないように是非YAPCサイトからお知らせメールに登録下さい。
参考までに、今回我々が確保したのは以下のホテルです。

「YAPCには行きたいけど、現地の宿とかがよくわからないから...」という方々は是非ご検討ください！

This year's YAPC::Asia Tokyo will be held during the high season in the summer. This means that it is going to be difficult to secure lodging close to the venue, or they will be expensive.
Fear not: we did what we can, and this year we have already secured rooms at nearby hotels for 50 people (50 rooms)! Unfortunately they are not free, but we will provide them at a slight discount!
The hotels that we secured are
・Hotel Sunroute Ariake, and
・Washington Hotel Tokyobay Ariake
We will be announcing how to apply to stay at one of these rooms soon (around May). Please register to our mailing list so that you won't miss the announcement! Please note that if we get more applications than available rooms, we will be drawing who gets the rooms at random.
Also, if you're an invited speaker from outside of Japan, you will get a room for free. Please contact @lestrrat for details.
